Joyce celebrates the essence of soulful Southern cuisine, spotlighting sustainable seafood and an exceptional raw bar. The menus were designed by Michelin-award winning Chef Sammy Monsour and Beverage Director Kassady Wiggins, who are local to Charleston. Our recipes reflect a heartfelt blend of flavors inspired by the coastal south. The menu features a a variety of small and large plates, inviting guests to enjoy in the spirit of a traditional southern table, where friends and family gather around for a shared dining experience.

Meet the Rileys, founders and operators of Joyce. The restaurant was inspired and named after Prince’s mother, who grew up in the South. She taught him the art of hospitality at a very young age. After 15 years of operating restaurants, they saw an opportunity during the pandemic to bring his dream of owning a restaurant to life and couldn't be happier to be in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.
